Centering Prayer is a simple method of quiet prayer to help you deepen your relationship
with God. Rooted in scripture and ancient Christian insights, Centering Prayer invites
us to open our minds and hearts to God as we consent to God’s presence and action
within us. The method of Centering Prayer will be presented. We will explore the
benefits of Centering Prayer in ordinary life and experience two periods of Centering
Prayer practice. All are welcome to attend!
The program will be presented by experienced practitioners of Centering Prayer who
are commissioned to present the program by Contemplative Outreach, Ltd.

When: Saturday, October 29, 2022, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Where: East Bay Camp, 24248 Ron Smith Memorial Highway, Hudson, IL 61748
Workshop cost: $45.00 (covers lunch, camp fee and book Open Mind Open Heart by
Father Thomas Keating). There will be Four Continuing Workshop Sessions to support
you as you begin the practice.
