The first question ~ the Weather this weekend
First & foremost, we want everyone to be safe. For your own safety and the safety of those around you, please decide what’s best for you.
We will determine by 1:00 on Saturday, whether or not to cancel the Saturday evening service. Watch your email for information.
Sunday morning services – check out email, Facebook, our website, local TV & radio stations for information.
This weekend we begin our 5-week series on the book of Psalms. I’ve heard from many of you that you are doing the daily readings. Whether or not you read them everyday or periodically, I hope the readings are speaking to you. Feel free to focus on 1 or 2 verses in the reading. Perhaps a few verses “jump out at you” and seem to speak to your life particularly at this time. One person told me that she was framing her day with the Psalms – reading the chapter at the start of the day and then again at bedtime.
This weekend in worship, we’ll focus on Psalm 118 – a Psalm of Thanksgiving that also includes some personal prayers to God.
For our 9:30 service, we are pleased to welcome home Jennifer Walker, daughter of Mike & Mary Walker, as our soloist.
Weather permitting, I’ll see you in worship,

7 LESSONS WE SHOULD LEARN FROM THE MAGI
- Not all of us arrive at Jesus at the same time or in the same way.
- God’s Gift is for everyone.
- The Most Important things in life require a journey.
- We all must face our King Herod’s in life.
- Don’t travel alone.
- We all need moments when we kneel down in awe.
- Keep following the light.
Question: What changes to you need to make this year to be on the journey that is worthy of your life?
